FAQ
Frequently asked questions about the Robot Learning Workshop.
Key Reminders
- We are looking for original, unpublished work, but the workshop is non-archival, so you can submit your paper elsewhere in parallel or afterwards.
- All co-authors MUST have an active OpenReview account and verification can take several days, so register on OpenReview early!
Q: Does my paper need to be strictly about zero-shot Physical AI?
We welcome diverse contributions from the robot learning community. While our theme focuses on zero-shot Physical AI, we are open to related work including deployment studies and real-world experiments. We particularly value on-robot experiments over simulation-only results. For borderline cases, alignment with the workshop theme may be used as a deciding factor.
Q: Can I submit work that's already published?
We are looking for original, unpublished work. Submissions consisting solely of previously published conference papers are discouraged without substantial new discussion or insight.
Q: Can I submit my paper to a conference/journal afterwards?
Yes! The workshop is non-archival, so you can submit your paper elsewhere in parallel or afterwards.
Q: What about page limits and appendix?
The first 6 pages should be a self-contained paper. Additional material can be included in an appendix, but reviewers are not required to read it.
Q: I'd like to be a reviewer. How can I help?
If you have relevant work in robot learning, please send us your OpenReview profile at wrl2026organizers@robot-learning.ml.
Q: What are the submission requirements?
See Call for Papers for format, page limits, and deadlines.
Q: When and where is the workshop?
